The technical staff at HTL will assist you in the assembly and fabrication of apparatus necessary to support the testing of your products.  HTL maintains a shop with basic machining, welding and carpentry equipment, and can rent or contract locally for services where capability exceeds that on hand.  Special equipment, tools, and instruments are made available for use of your personnel on-site, or HTL will fabricate or assemble your product and test set-up under your supervision.
